We package each order carefully to protect fragile, handmade, glass, crystal, and limited-edition pieces in transit.

Ready-to-ship items typically ship within 3 business days. Preorders or made-to-order collections will include their estimated shipping timeline in the product listing.

If your order includes both ready-to-ship and preorder items, they may ship together unless otherwise stated.

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package from our hands to your doorstep.

Please allow a little time for tracking to update after the label is created. In some cases, tracking may not show movement until the carrier scans the package for the first time.

Because many Rosewood Rituals pieces are limited-edition or small-batch, exact replacements may not always be available. When that happens, we will work with you to find the best resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, refund, or comparable substitute.

Each Rosewood Rituals collection is created in small batches, with hand-selected, hand-painted, and carefully assembled pieces. Because of the nature of our boxes, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened boxes, consumable goods, ritual items, botanicals, teas, sprays, or limited-edition pieces once an order has shipped.

All sales on licensed, collaborative, custom, and limited-edition items are final.

Depending on the situation and available inventory, we may offer a replacement, store credit, refund, or another resolution that makes the most sense.
